The Govt of Punjab has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in the form of a “grant” towards the cost of Transformation in Access, Learning, Equity, and Education Management (TALEEM). PMIU-PESRP is the secretariat (implementing/executing agency), herein after refeeding to as Clent’ intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments. In order to strengthen & improve access to inclusive and quality education in the province, PMIU has been implementing the program for five years comprising five components and ten subcomponents. For proper implementation of the TALEEM, various experts with relevant qualifications and experience must be hired.
2 The Client now invites eligible individual candidates (Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required capacity, qualifications, and relevant experience to perform the Services. The areas are given below:

Under this program, the individual consultants will be hired initially under PPRA Rules for a period of one year which may be extended on satisfactory performance till the project period.
